Chúng tôi, các nhà lập pháp thuộc các tiểu bang ký tên dưới đây đã được Hiến Pháp Hoa Kỳ ủy thác theo (Điều 2 Mục 1 Khoản 2) để giám sát cuộc bầu cử tổng thống Hoa Kỳ.
